Pilates Essentials is a fully equipped fitness studio that specializes in utilizing professional STOTT ® equipment such as V2 Max ™ Reformers, Split Pedal Chairs, a Cadillac Trapeze Table, as well as many other supplementary equipment pieces. All fitness levels and ages are welcome to attend our Pilates studio. We offer Private & Semi-Private instruction sessions for those that require or simply wish to experience a more personal training session that caters specifically to individual needs. We also offer group Mat & Equipment classes with a maximum of six participants. This is necessary to ensure that our high quality of instruction is maintained and applied to each client.
Pilates is a fitness discipline that improves the overall quality of movement which strengthens, elongates, and tones your body resulting in improved awareness, posture, balance, & flexibility. Breathing techniques employed during exercise are used to reinforce the critically important mind-body connection. Repetition ensures that these benefits can even find their way into your everyday life routines.
Lu-Anne has been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Among her qualifications she holds formal certifications as a personal trainer from both STOTT ® Pilates, and the International Sports Sciences Association. Always on the cutting edge of exercise science allows Lu-Anne to remain flexible in applying new aspects and expertise to her clients’ experience regardless of their distinct fitness needs and goals.
